本文报告了具有增强免疫作用的植物红花对变形链球菌生长、葡糖基转移酶活性和产酸能力、有机酸含量的影响的实验研究。结果提示,红花可改变细菌生长环境的 pH 值,高浓度红花(25%~50%)可抑制细菌生长,同时抑制细菌产酸,气相色谱分析见乳酸、琥珀酸、乙酸、丁酸均呈下降趋势。低浓度红花(1.5%)即可抑制变形链球菌葡糖基转移酶活性,为其主要抗龋作用。红花中含有的油酸、亚油酸物质是其有效药用成份。红花将作为一种防龋药物,广泛应用于龋病预防之中。
This paper reports the experimental study of the effects of plant safflower on the growth, glucosyltransferase activity, acid-producing ability and organic acid content of Streptococcus mutans with enhanced immunity. The results showed that safflower could change the pH value of the bacterial growth environment. High concentrations of safflower (25% ~ 50%) inhibited the growth of bacteria and inhibited the acid production of bacteria. Gas chromatography analysis showed that both lactic acid, succinic acid, acetic acid and butyric acid Showing a downward trend. Low concentrations of safflower (1.5%) can inhibit Streptococcus mutans glucosyltransferase activity, its main anti-caries effect. Safflower contains oleic acid, linoleic acid substance is its effective medicinal ingredients. Safflower will be used as a kind of anti-caries medicine, widely used in caries prevention.
