8轴瓦的修理中小型柴油机的连杆轴瓦、曲轴主轴承和凸轮轴轴承,绝大部分用的是滑动轴承。柴油机用久了,轴承就会出现磨损或裂纹、脱壳等情况,当轴承严重损坏时,就要换新的轴承或用手工方法及离心方法来重新浇铸。但是,在配件不足重新浇铸轴瓦有困难,而旧轴瓦磨损和损坏又不大的情况下,可以做些简单的手工修理后继续使用。 8.1轴瓦常见缺陷及其产生的原因 8.1.1各道主轴瓦磨损不均各道主轴瓦磨损不均主要是由于曲轴中心线产生挠曲造成的。而各轴瓦磨损量不同则由于:各缸马力不一致;机油含有固体杂质,使机油不能平均分布于各道主轴瓦中,杂质多的轴瓦磨损就较大;个别主轴承过热;各轴瓦耐磨合金成分不同。
