目的为加强医院消毒管理工作,降低和控制医院感染的发生率。方法对14所卫生医疗机构室内空气、物体表面、使用中消毒剂、医护人员手、紫外灯辐照强度及压力蒸汽灭菌效果进行监测。结果共采样1168份,平均总合格率为78.08%,各类检测项目中,空气和紫外灯辐照强度合格率较低,分别为53.80%和50.00%。结论医院消毒工作仍须继续加强,空气消毒和紫外灯辐照强度监测应引起高度重视。
The purpose is to strengthen the hospital disinfection management, reduce and control the incidence of nosocomial infections. Methods The indoor air, surface of the object, disinfectant in use, hand of medical staff, irradiation intensity of UV lamp and pressure steam sterilization effect were monitored in 14 medical and health institutions. Results A total of 1168 samples were collected, with an average total passing rate of 78.08%. The passing rates of air and UV light were lower for all kinds of testing items, which were 53.80% and 50.00% respectively. Conclusion The hospital disinfection should still continue to be strengthened, air disinfection and UV lamp radiation intensity monitoring should be attached great importance.
