目的:建立保健饮品中迷迭香酸的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:样品处理后,采用甲醇+0.1%磷酸水溶液(40+60)做流动相,C18柱分离,330 nm波长下二极管阵列检测器检测。结果:该法在10μg/ml~1000μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9999,50μg/ml~1000μg/ml范围内相对标准偏差均小于2,回收率为96.4%~99.6%,检测限为10 ng。结论:本法样品前处理简单,检测快速,定性定量准确,回收率高,精密度好,适用于保健饮品中迷迭香酸含量的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of rosmarinic acid in health drinks by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: After the sample was processed, methanol + 0.1% phosphoric acid solution (40 + 60) was used as the mobile phase, separated on a C18 column and detected by a diode array detector at a wavelength of 330 nm. Results: The method showed a good linearity in the range of 10μg / ml ~ 1000μg / ml with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999. The relative standard deviations in the range of 50μg / ml ~ 1000μg / ml were all less than 2, and the recoveries were 96.4% ~ 99.6% 10 ng. Conclusion: The sample pretreatment is simple, rapid detection, qualitative and quantitative accurate, high recovery, good precision, suitable for determination of rosmarinic acid in health drinks.
