新课程为我们小学语文老师提出了新的课题,那么,我们在教学实践中应该怎样做,才能搞好自己的教育教学工作呢?1.要深刻领会新课程的标准,把握其精神实质,努力去研究新课标,从理念上准确把握新课标的精神。同时,要积极地大胆去实践。只有实践才能把新课标理念变为课改的实际行动,也只有实践才能把新课标转化为活生生的教学成果。
