用SDS-PAGE对不同宿主泡球蚴抗原进行了比较分析。6种泡球蚴的蛋白质带数各为36、15、22、23、36和23条。主带均分布于84kD以下,19、22、29、30、31、32、34、41、42、60~62和67kD为共同具有的带。三种宿主的蛋白质带数和带形不尽相同。沙鼠泡球蚴蛋白质带数最多为36条,人泡球蚴为22和23条。小鼠泡球蚴以传种二代小鼠带数最少仅15条,且各带淡染,68kD以上无带,以虫卵感染小鼠23条,且各带均较清晰。在使用的三种离心速度和时间以及用或不用超滤膜超滤的蛋白质带数未见明显不同。
SDS-PAGE was used to compare the different host antigens of the cysticercus. Six kinds of cysticercosis protein bands were 36,15,22,23,36 and 23. The main band are distributed below 84kD, 19,22,29,30,31,32,34,41,42,60 ~ 62 and 67kD common band. The three hosts have different numbers of bands and bands. The number of gerbil ecdysone protein bands up to 36, people, cysticercosis 22 and 23. Cysticercosis mice in order to pass the second generation of mice with a minimum of only 15, and each with light-stained, more than 68kD no band to worm eggs in mice 23, and the bands are more clear.
