本文采用大白鼠给予免疫抑制剂后接种齿龈阿米巴原虫 ,以及共生细菌可使多数动物发生牙周脓肿 ,提示齿龈阿米巴原虫混合共生菌协同作用可致牙周炎。杀虫试验提示甲硝唑杀虫明显有效 ,而氯喹无杀虫效果 ,这对指导临床用药有意义
