信赖进入私法保护体系是法律考量社会关系的具体表现,信赖是人的一种主观心理状态,但却通过行为体现出来,其评价标准具有社会性。私法中的信赖保护机制通过契约信赖利益、禁反言和侵权法中的过错制度体现出来。
Reliance on the protection of private law is a concrete manifestation of social considerations in the law. Trust is a kind of subjective mental state of a person, but it is manifested through its behavior. Its evaluation criteria are social. The trust protection mechanism in private law is reflected through the trust in contracts, the estoppel and the fault system in tort law.
