通过对两种类型薏苡及F1在拔节期和抽穗期的同工酶分析看出,川谷和薏苡的酶只有一种同工酶;过氧化物酶同工酶酶带较丰富,在抽穗期多于拔节期;在叶片组织中比节间和雌穗中多,并且在双亲及F1间差异明显。在F1植株中未出现杂种酶带,双亲的一些主要酶带在F1中受抑制未表现出来。利用过氧化物酶可进行薏苡属的亲缘关系,系统演化及遗传特性差异的研究。
Through the two types of Coix and F1 in the jointing and heading stages of the isozyme analysis shows that there is only one isozyme of Chuan Gu and Coix larvae; peroxidase isozymes with more abundant in the heading stage At jointing stage; more in leaf tissue than internodes and ear, and significant differences between parents and F1. In F1 plants did not appear hybrid enzyme band, some of the parents of the parent enzyme band in F1 inhibition was not demonstrated. Peroxidase can be used to study genetic relationship and phylogeny of Coix lacum.
