利用化学杀雄剂Sc2053 0.7,0.9,1.1和1.3kg/hm~24种药量,对23个普通小麦品种(系),在幼穗发育的雌雄蕊原基形成期、药隔期和雌雄蕊形成期进行叶面喷施,研究Sc2053诱导对小麦的效应。结果表明,在0.9kg/hm~2和1.1kg/hm~2药量作用下,多数品种幼穗发育的雌雄蕊原基形成期至药隔期雄性不育度为94.6%—100%,平均不育度高达99.3%。不同品种对药剂反应的敏感度有很大差异,可分为敏感型、比较敏感型和迟钝型3种类型。在0.9kg/hm~2—1.3kg/hm~2药量下,未见Sc2053对小麦雌性器官的药害作用,柱头生活力正常,异交正常结实。
