以模数为0.5mm的花键为例,研究了小模数花键的冷挤压工艺及影响花键成型的5个主要因素。试验结果表明,冷挤压花键齿面硬度比心部高34%,已相当于调质后硬度。
Taking the spline whose modulus is 0.5mm as an example, the cold extrusion process of small modulus spline and the five main factors that affect spline forming are studied. The test results show that the cold-pressed spline tooth surface hardness 34% higher than the heart, which is equivalent to the quenched and tempered hardness.
