长期以来,人们普遍认为,1949年2月25日起义的国民党海军“重庆”号巡洋舰是解放战争中最早起义的国民党海军舰船。事实上,这种说法是值得商榷的。因为早在“重庆”号巡洋舰起义前的2月12日,国民党海军“黄安”舰就已在青岛成功起义。 “黄安”舰是国民党海军在抗日战争结束时接收的一艘日本护航驱逐舰,排水量为810吨,编员120人,抗战胜利后一直停泊在山东青岛港。
For a long time, people generally believed that the KMT “Chongqing” cruiser of the KMT’s insurrection on February 25, 1949, was the first KMT naval vessel to be launched during the Liberation War. In fact, this argument is debatable. Because as early as the “Chongqing” cruiser before the uprising on February 12, the Kuomintang Navy “Huang An” ship has successfully revived in Qingdao. The “Huang An” ship was a Japanese escort destroyer received by the KMT Navy at the end of the Anti-Japanese War with a displacement of 810 tons and a staff of 120.
