自1990年12月,我们用国产的99mTC—MIEI和慢跑运动试验对72例做了心肌断层显像,72例中有46例冠心病和26例非冠心病。全部病人做了运动心肌显像和运动心电图,运动试验是根据Papagolou等报道的慢跑运动。46例冠心病中44例运动闪烁图上有灌注缺损,2例正常;26例非冠心病中22例的闪烁图正常,4例有灌注缺损。因此显像诊断的灵敏度、特异性、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为95.7%84.6%、91.7%和91.7%,表明刚99MTC—MIBI和慢跑运动试验检出冠心病心肌缺血是有独特价值的。
Since December 1990, we performed myocardial perfusion imaging on 72 patients with a homemade 99mTC-MIEI and a jogging test in 46 patients with coronary heart disease and 26 non-coronary heart disease in 72 patients. All patients underwent exercise myocardial imaging and exercise electrocardiogram, and exercise tests were based on reported jogging motions by Papagolou et al. Forty-four cases of coronary heart disease in 46 cases of perfusion scintigraphy perfusion defect, two cases of normal; 26 cases of non-coronary heart disease in 22 cases of scintigraphy normal, 4 cases of perfusion defects. Therefore, the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of imaging diagnosis were 95.7%, 84.6%, 91.7% and 91.7% respectively, which indicated that the highest 99MTC-MIBI and jogging test Myocardial ischemia has unique value.
