信仰相对于音乐是很抽象的词,音乐是可以依赖某些物质的具体发生而有所具体指向的,而信仰是依存于某种特定文化环境当中的特定人群的一种心理状态。本文谈到的信仰是依托于仪式中的信仰,它与仪式中的音乐之间有没有关系,又有怎样的关系,笔者将从“仪式音乐”这一名词的概念入手,讨论仪式中音乐对参与者的信仰所产生的特殊的作用或影响。
