应用15N示踪技术研究了南京土壤条件下混合固氮菌剂水稻联合体系的固氮特性。结果表明,紫香糯稻接种混合菌剂后,稻株利用的固氮量为103kg/666.7m2,固氮率6.7%;拔节期—齐穗期是固氮高峰期,日平均固氮量达2431mg/m2·d,这阶段固氮量占整个生育期固氮量的409%;拔节期—成熟期的固氮量占整个生育期固氮量的70%以上;节肥能力为每6667m213.3kg硫铵;稻谷产量增加414%。
The 15N tracer technique was used to study the nitrogen fixation of mixed azotobacter-rice combination system in Nanjing soil. The results showed that after the inoculation of mixed incense of Xiangxiang glutinous rice, the nitrogen fixation capacity of rice plants was 103kg / 666.7m2 and the nitrogen fixation rate was 6.7%. The jointing stage and heading stage were the peak of nitrogen fixation and the daily average nitrogen fixation reached 2431mg / m2 · d. The amount of nitrogen fixation accounted for 409% of the total nitrogen fixation during the whole growth period. The amount of nitrogen fixation at jointing stage and maturity accounted for more than 70% of the total nitrogen fixation during growth period. 7m213.3kg ammonium sulfate; rice yield increased 4 14%.
