职业教育人才培养模式,一直是职业院校及社会关注的热点。许多职业院校都在构建有效的人才培养模式,以满足社会需求。近几年,随着职业教育的快速发展,目前,已形成了职业教育多种模式、多种途径发展局面,职业教育正在社会发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。在新的时期里,探索适应社会发展的人才培养模式,对于促进职业教育健康发展、满足社会对于技术型人才的需求具有重要意义。
Vocational education personnel training mode, has been the focus of vocational colleges and social issues. Many vocational colleges are building effective models of personnel training to meet the needs of society. In recent years, with the rapid development of vocational education, at present, a variety of modes of vocational education have been formed and various channels have been developed. Occupational education is playing an increasingly important role in social development.
