为贯彻广东省委、省政府最近召开的全省精神文明建设工作会议精神,广东省社会科学联合会于1991年4月19日召开了“广东精神文明建设理论研究座谈会”。广东省委党校、中山大学、华南师范大学、广东省委讲师团、广东教育学院等单位从事精神文明建设理论研究的专家学者和广东省社科联有关同志等20多人,参加了座谈会。广东省精神文明建设领导小组办公室负责同志也应邀出席了座谈会,并作了发言。会议由广东省社会科学联合会副主席梁渭雄同志主持,该会主席梁钊同志作了讲话。与会者在总结、回顾近十年来广东省精神文明建设理论研究所取得的成绩及存在问题的基础上,对如何深入开展“八五”期间以及今后的精神文明建设理论研究提出了不少建设性意见。以下是座谈中比较集中地谈到的几个问题。
In order to implement the spirit of the provincial conference on spiritual civilization construction recently held by the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and Government, the Guangdong Provincial Federation of Social Sciences held the “Symposium on the Theoretical Study of the Construction of Spiritual Civilizations in Guangdong” on April 19, 1991. Guangdong Provincial Party Committee School, Zhongshan University, South China Normal University, Guangdong Provincial Party Committee Lecturer, Guangdong Institute of Education and other units engaged in the theoretical study of spiritual civilization experts and scholars and the Guangdong Provincial Federation of Social Sciences and other comrades more than 20 people attended the forum. Comrades responsible for the leading group office of Guangdong’s spiritual civilization construction were also invited to attend the forum and made speeches. The meeting was chaired by Liang Weixiong, vice chairman of Guangdong Federation of Social Sciences. Comrade Liang Zhao, chairman of the committee, made a speech. After summarizing and reviewing the achievements and existing problems in the theoretical research on the construction of spiritual civilization in Guangdong Province over the past decade, the participants put forward many constructive suggestions on how to conduct in-depth study on the theoretical building of spiritual civilization during the Eighth Five-Year Plan and in the future opinion. The following are some of the more talked about issues in the forum.
