为深入落实党和国家的重大部署,着力解决制约民政事业发展的重点难点问题,不断开辟民政事业发展的新思路,在工作紧张、任务繁重的情况下,民政部于2013年7月4～5日在北京接续召开全国烈士纪念工作视频会议、全国民政法制工作会议和2013年民政论坛三个会议,旨在着力推进三项工作。这是一次转变作风、创新务实的会议,对进一步加快民政事业发展具有重要意义。
In order to thoroughly implement the major arrangements for the party and the state, efforts should be made to solve the key and difficult issues restricting the development of the civil affairs and continuously open up new ideas for the development of the cause of civil affairs. Under the circumstances of intense work and heavy workload, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, on July 4-5, 2013 Japan held a video conference of commemorating the work of the National Martyrs, a working conference of the entire country’s legal system and a civil affairs forum held in Beijing in 2003 to promote three tasks. This is a transformational style and innovative and pragmatic meeting, which is of great significance to further accelerating the development of civil affairs.
