项目制造型企业是以产品项目,如飞机、船舰、核电站等来组织生产经营的企业。项目制造不同于一般的产品制造,它以满足客户个性化需求为目标,产品生命周期涉及从项目投标、产品开发设计、产品生产、产品安装调试到售后服务等整个过程,其产品结构复杂、可重复性低、设计制造提前期长、有明确的时间和成本限制。因此,项目制造型企业的 CIMS 必须能够支持项目管理人员从项目投标到项目完成的全过程管理。
Project manufacturing enterprises are product projects, such as aircraft, ships, nuclear power plants, etc. to organize the production and operation of enterprises.
