机器人不会让某个职业整体消失,而是改变这个职业的工作方式;不会直接带来失业,而是让就业结构发生改变——科技部高技术研究发展中心研究员、中国机器人峰会主席团主席刘进长在回答本刊记者问题时表示,机器换人不是发生在某个产业整体或者某个企业的全部生产流程中,而是在某个产业或企业某些生产环节中大量应用。刘进长分析说,不要误以为某项工作一下子就全部被机器所替代,事实上是“哪些环节适合采用才会采用”。在一条生产线上,很可能是人干一部分工作,机器人干一部人工作,相互配合。
