In order to learn and draw lessons from the practices and experiences in the allocation of medical and health resources in developed market economies, and promote the effective and effective implementation of regional health planning in China, from March 21 to April 3, 2000, the Deputy Director of the State Planning Commission Hao Jianxiu led the team.
