(一)、认真学习,深刻领会,全面准确地把握十六大精神 十六大报告,坚持以党的基本理论和基本路线为指导,全面分析了我们党面临的国际国内形势,科学的总结了1989年党的十三届四中全会十三年来取得的巨大成就和基本经验;进一步阐述了贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的根本要求;深刻回答我们党在新世纪坚持举什么旗,走什么路,实现什么目标等重大问题,对建设中国特色社会主义经济、政治、文化和党的建设等各项工作做出了全面部署,是我们党在新世纪、新阶段奋勇前进的政治宣言和行动纲领,每个离退休党员都要原原本本地认真通读十六大报告原文。
