针对一种新型超环面传动提出了对其圆柱内斜齿轮齿面的展成原理,其一为失配的点接触,以理论轨迹曲面的法截面沿齿线在圆柱面上的投影进行拓展;其二为一种修整的线接触,展成的等螺距齿面与理论轨迹曲面沿某一空间曲线近似相切。并对齿面的啮合状况进行了分析。
Aiming at a new type of toroidal transmission, the developing principle of the tooth surface of the helical gear in the cylinder is proposed. One is mismatched point contact, which is extended by the projection of the normal cross section of the theoretical trajectory surface along the cylindrical surface ; The other is a kind of trimming line contact. The equivalent pitch tooth surface and the theoretical trajectory surface are approximately tangent along a certain space curve. And the meshing condition of the tooth surface was analyzed.
