冷冻治疗是近代眼科的一项新进展,并在治疗学上占有了一定地位。我科于1984年开始应用液氮冷冻治疗多种外眼病,尤其对翼状胬肉术后复发者行该项治疗效果更佳,报告如下。临床资料我院对56例7种外眼病进行液氮冷冻治疗,其中右眼37例,左眼19例,最小年龄8岁,最大75岁。冷冻次数1～4次,时间15秒至2分钟,治愈率96.5％。56例中有翼状胬肉31例,平均年龄51.4岁。其中翼状胬肉手术后复发者9例,占29.1％。手术拆线为
