目的观察喘可治注射液联合注射用炎琥宁急救治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法选取我院近两年来急诊科诊治的80例急性上呼吸道感染患儿,把单用注射用炎琥宁40例治疗者作为对照组,把喘可治注射液联合注射用炎琥宁80例治疗者作为观察组。分别观察两组治疗后的疗效和恢复时间,并进行统计学分析。结果治疗组和对照组的临床治疗总有效率分别为92.50%和77.50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后体温开始降温时间及体温恢复正常时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论喘可治注射液联合注射用炎琥宁治疗急性上呼吸道感染有良好的治疗作用,而两药合用疗效更佳,恢复更快,值得临床上推广和应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chuankezhi injection combined with injection of Yanhuoning in the treatment of pediatric acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods Eighty children with acute upper respiratory tract infection treated by emergency department in our hospital in recent two years were selected. 40 patients treated with single injection of Yanhu Ning were used as the control group, 80 cases were treated with Yanke Oral Injection Healer as observation group. The curative effect and recovery time of the two groups were observed and statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group and the control group was 92.50% and 77.50%, respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, the cooling time and body temperature in the observation group Shorter than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Chuankezhi injection combined with injection of Yanhuoning can treat acute upper respiratory tract infection with good therapeutic effect. However, the combination of Chuankezhi injection with better curative effect and faster recovery is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
