目的观察中西医结合治疗小儿遗尿症的临床疗效和不良反应。方法中药:服用吉林市儿童医院自制中药遗尿散,3次/d,15d为1个疗程。西药:维生素B1、维生素B2、654-2注射液混合,穴位注射,3d1次,15d为1个疗程。结果治愈率54.5%,显效率24.2%,好转率12.1%,总有效率90.8%。结论中西医结合治疗小儿遗尿症临床疗效显著,无不良反应。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Integrative Medicine in treating children with enuresis. Methods of traditional Chinese medicine: taking Children’s Hospital of Jilin City homemade Chinese medicine enuresis, 3 times / d, 15d for a course of treatment. Western medicine: vitamin B1, vitamin B2,654-2 injection mixture, point injection, 3d1 times, 15d for a course of treatment. Results The cure rate was 54.5%, the effective rate was 24.2%, the improvement rate was 12.1% and the total effective rate was 90.8%. Conclusion Integrative treatment of children with enuresis clinical efficacy was significant, no adverse reactions.
