以4,4′-二苯基甲烷二胺、甲苯二胺、二乙基甲苯二胺为扩链剂,制备了系列的聚醚型聚氨酯脲弹性体。借助IR研究了软硬段微相中的氢键分布。利用SEM直观地展示了微区特征。通过物性的比较,探讨了芳香二胺扩链剂的结构对称性及空间位阻对聚氨酯脲弹性体的形态及物性的影响。
A series of polyether urethane urea elastomers were prepared using 4,4’-diphenylmethanediamine, tolylenediamine and diethyltoluenediamine as chain extenders. The hydrogen bond distribution in hard and soft phases was studied by means of IR. The use of SEM intuitively shows the characteristics of the micro-area. Through the comparison of physical properties, the structural symmetry and steric hindrance of aromatic diamine chain extenders were investigated to investigate the influence of the structural and physical properties of polyurethane urea elastomers.
