牙骨质瘤为临床上比较罕见的牙源性肿瘤,是由片状生长的牙骨质所组成。多见于25岁以下患者,好发于下颌,瘤组织来源于间叶组织的多潜能细胞。我科于1984年9月收治一例,现报告如下: 病例:患者李××,男,28岁,工人,住院号84—5849,入院日期:1984年9月5日。主诉:右下后易反复疼痛十年。病史:自述右下后牙反复肿痛,曾在外院治疗,近二月反复发作,并在颊部有一脓肿形成,经抗炎及切开排脓术治疗后好转,近日复发,故收入院治疗。
