1.基层工会小组的建立、任务和职责工会小组是按照生产(行政)班组建立的工会组织中最小的单位,是基层工会组织的细胞,工会小组直接联系着广大会员群众。加强工会小组建设,使所有工会小组的作用发挥好了,基层工会才会富有生机和活力。抓好工会小组建设,重点应做好下面几项工作:(
1. Establishment, tasks and responsibilities of grassroots trade union groups Trade unions are the smallest unit of trade union organizations established by production (administrative) teams and the cells of grassroots trade unions. The trade union groups directly contact the masses of the general public. Strengthen the construction of trade union groups so that the role of all trade union groups can be brought into full play and the grassroots trade unions will be full of vigor and vitality. Do a good job in the construction of trade unions, the focus should be to do the following several tasks :(
