随着我国教育事业快速发展,高职院校的教育水平进一步提升。物流管理专业的设置,让高职院校的教育体系更有时代性特征。《客户关系管理课程》是物流管理专业的必修课程,也是基础课程。利用《客户关系管理课程》教学,让学生了解与客户交流的技巧,促进学生掌握更科学的营销策略,有利于教学质量提高。对《客户关系管理课程》教学方法进行创新,改革教育理念,才能培养出更优秀的物流人才。
With the rapid development of education in our country, the educational level of higher vocational colleges has been further improved. The setting of logistics management major makes the education system of higher vocational colleges more characteristic of the times. Customer Relationship Management Courses are compulsory and basic courses in logistics management. The use of “customer relationship management curriculum” teaching, so that students understand the skills of communication with customers and promote students to master a more scientific marketing strategy is conducive to improving teaching quality.
