Both anti-CD3MCAb and anti-CDZMcAb prolonged graft survival and temporarily deregulated their respective receptor expression. Anti-CD2McAb also synergizes with anti-CD3McAb to prolong graft survival and induce tolerance. In this paper, immunofluorescence staining cytometry in vitro further study of anti-CD2 and anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody on T cell subsets and mouse receptor expression, and measured by the Northern hybridization method of fine
