Fenghua City is located on the coast of the East China Sea on the south wing of the Yangtze River Delta and is a sub-center city of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. The land area is 1249 square kilometers, the sea area is 96 square kilometers, and the population is 480,000. In the mid- and long-term development plan of Ningbo City, Fenghua is positioned as a southern commercial and ecological residential area. The local area has the geographical advantage of the mountains and the sea and rich historical and humanistic resources. Always adhering to the green and environmental protection development is Fenghua’s main strategy for economic development in recent years. In 2010, the city of Fenghua had a total GDP of 22.5 billion yuan, fiscal revenue of 3.318 billion yuan, and per capita disposable income of urban residents of 28,500 yuan, rural residents.
