查新合同是查新委托人有效地维护自己的合法权益的法律性文件,又是查新人员进行查新检索、对比分析的重要依据。目前,各查新站使用的查新合同的类型和规定的条款内容各不相同,委托人在合同撰写方面也存在各种各样的问题。查新合同的规范化是查新工作的难点,相关研究也较少。本文主要从查新合同的类型、所规定的条款以及合同撰写过程中常见的问题等方面对查新合同的规范性进行调研,并提出改进建议。

The normalization of the new contract is a difficult task of searching for new work, and there are few related researches. This article mainly investigates the normativity of the new search contract from the aspects of the type of the new contract, the stipulated terms and the common problems in the process of contract writing, and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
