用聚乙烯柱、硅胶管、滚压泵和贮血器组成循环管路,将111In标记的血小板与肝素抗凝的全血混合探讨基础表达型一氧化氮合成酶(cNOS)基因转移的猪内皮细胞抗血栓作用。结果显示,cNOS基因转移内皮细胞的抗血栓功能优于一般内皮细胞。基因转移的内皮细胞种植于心血管人工材料上可降低其血栓栓塞并发症。
