2017, No. 115 Water Resources (Water Affairs) Office (bureau) of all river basin agencies, provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, water conservancy (water affairs) bureaus of various cities under separate state planning, water conservancy bureaus of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and all relevant units: Notice on Further Improving the Establishment of National Ecological Civilization Project for Soil and Water Conservation "(Bao Shui Bao [2014] No.43), all localities have actively started the project of ecological civilization construction of soil and water conservation. Through reporting, assessment and publicity, it has been confirmed that 8 counties (cities) such as Ninghua County of Fujian Province are the 6 small streams of national comprehensive management of soil and water conservation and ecological civilization and the Laoshan Small Watershed in Queshan County of Henan Province
