11月5日,中国建筑节能协会太阳能建筑一体化专业委员会成立大会在丽江召开。中国建筑节能协会会长郑坤生、副会长杨榕,国家住建部人事司副司长郭鹏伟,住建部建筑节能与科技司巡视员武涌,云南省住建厅副厅长王云昌等出席会议。受市委书记罗杰、市长和良辉的委托,副市长李洪林到会祝贺并致辞。
