科技的进步使得越来越多的建筑从单纯的能源消费者变为产消者,加剧了为区域和建筑选取能源技术组合的复杂性。本文构建了建筑能源系统的优化方法并开发了工具软件,为区域能源规划和建筑能源系统的优化配置提供支撑。通过案例讨论了时间分辨率、能源价格和设备价格对于系统配置结果的影响。结果表明,适当提高优化时间间隔不会影响优化的精度;存在影响技术选择的临界能源价格和设备价格:当燃气价格超过2元/m~3时,用气的设备变得没有竞争力;冷热电三联供、光伏、电池的设备价格分别降低到50%、50%、25%时在经济上变得合理。
Advances in technology have caused more and more buildings to turn from simple energy consumers to consumers, exacerbating the complexities of choosing energy technology portfolios for regions and buildings. This article builds an optimization methodology for building energy systems and develops tools to support the optimal allocation of regional energy planning and building energy systems. The effects of time resolution, energy prices and equipment prices on the system configuration results are discussed through a case study. The results show that properly increasing the optimization time interval will not affect the accuracy of the optimization. There are critical energy prices and equipment prices that affect the choice of technology: the gas-consuming equipment becomes uncompetitive when the gas price exceeds 2 yuan / m 3; Thermoelectric triple supply, photovoltaic, battery equipment prices were reduced to 50%, 50%, 25% economically reasonable.
