为了减轻山莨菪碱抗休克时扩血管引起的降压作用,本工作观察了山莨菪碱与川芎秦注射液联合应用抗休克作用。复制家兔的失血性休克模型后,随机分为对照组和治疗组。治疗组给予山莨菪碱1mg·kg(-1),川芎嗪0.1mg·kg(-1);用药后,平均动脉血压稳步回升,尿量增加,肠系膜微循环改善,与对照组相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。本研究证明:山莨菪碱、川芎嗪联合应用可减轻山莨菪碱的降压作用,使外周血流增加,微循环改善,血压回升,抗休克作用优于山莨菪碱单独应用。
In order to reduce the antihypertensive effect of anisodamine on the vasodilatation induced by shock, this study observed the anti-shock effect of anisodamine combined with Chuanxiongqin injection. Rabbit hemorrhagic shock model was duplicated and divided into control group and treatment group randomly. The treatment group was treated with anisodamine 1 mg · kg -1 and ligustrazine 0.1 mg · kg -1. After treatment, mean arterial blood pressure rose steadily, urine output increased and mesenteric microcirculation improved compared with the control group Significant difference (P <0.05). This study shows that: Anisodamine, tetramethylpyrazine combination can reduce the antihypertensive effect of anisodamine, so that increased peripheral blood flow, improve microcirculation, blood pressure rise, anti-shock effect is superior to anisodamine alone.
