福建省决定今年组织开展小学富余学科教师转岗担任幼儿园教师的培训工作,使转岗教师基本掌握学前教育的专业知识和专业技能,能基本胜任幼儿园的教育教学工作,且保证秋季开学上岗。
Fujian Province decided to organize the training of extra-curricular teachers in primary schools as kindergarten teachers this year so that transferred teachers can basically master the professional knowledge and professional skills of pre-school education, and be able to basically perform the teaching and teaching duties in kindergartens and ensure that they start their posts in autumn.
