转炉炼钢静态控制是动态控制的基础,准确的静态控制对于改善动态控制质量、提高终点命中率具有重要意义.采用案例推理方法建立了转炉炼钢静态控制模型,计算了吹氧量和冷却剂加入量;并将因果关系分析用于案例属性的确定,增强了属性选择的有效性,降低了模型计算的复杂度.对一座150t转炉的实际生产数据进行仿真,结果表明,因果关系分析能够有效地确定案例属性,基于案例推理的转炉炼钢静态控制模型是切实可行的.
