经济全球化发展趋势的出现,使我国企业同世界各国企业接触的频率也在不断扩大,企业的发展也会在一定程度上受到其他国家和地区企业发展状态的影响。纵观世界500强企业的发展史,它的成长都经历过一个由小变大的过程,都会随着市场环境和资本积累方式的转变,而随之调整自己的经营管理策略和资本运营方式。对此,本文以企业资本运营为切入点,从多维视角,对我国企业的资本运营模式进行审视。
The emergence of the trend of economic globalization has also brought about a constant increase in the frequency of contacts between Chinese enterprises and other countries in the world and the development of enterprises will also be affected to some extent by the development of enterprises in other countries and regions. Looking at the history of the world’s top 500 enterprises, its growth has experienced a process of small to large, with the market environment and the accumulation of capital changes, with the subsequent adjustment of their own management strategies and capital operation. In this regard, this article takes the enterprise capital operation as the breakthrough point, examines the capital operation mode of our country’s enterprises from the multidimensional perspective.
