城市发展是一个复杂的混沌体系,其众多的因素及其子系统以不同的方式存在,它们以不同方式促进城市的发展。本文通过分析影响城市发展的十大动力因素(经济因素、金融因素、政府因素、发展因素、产业结构因素、城市服务因素、资金因素、交通因素、信息因素),利用灰色关联构建城市发展动力系统,最后以广西北部湾经济区为例计算了城市发展的动力值,并针对这十大因素提出了提升北部湾经济区城市发展的对策和建议。
Urban development is a complex chaotic system whose numerous elements and their subsystems exist in different ways, which promote the development of the city in different ways. By analyzing the ten driving forces (economic factors, financial factors, government factors, development factors, industrial structure factors, urban service factors, capital factors, transportation factors and information factors) that affect the urban development, this paper constructs the urban development driving force system Finally, taking Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone as an example, this paper calculates the dynamic value of urban development and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the urban development of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone according to these ten factors.
