漏钢预报是连铸生产过程中的重要环节,实时准确地对结晶器温度数据进行采集并进行分析可有效地消除漏钢隐患。漏钢预报系统的实时性和准确性随着连铸速度的提高有了更高的要求,传统的温度数据采集系统在数据采集与同步处理能力方面存在明显不足。基于主控FPGA的内部逻辑电路,实现了一个多路温度同步采集系统的设计,在及时性与准确性上有明显效果。此方法设计方便、稳定性好、经济实用,可以广泛地应用在工业测温现场。
Breakout prediction is an important step in the continuous casting production process. Collecting and analyzing the mold temperature data in real time and accurately can effectively eliminate the hidden danger of breakout. The real-time nature and accuracy of breakout forecasting system have higher requirements with the increase of continuous casting speed. The traditional temperature data acquisition system has obvious deficiencies in data acquisition and synchronization processing ability. Based on the master FPGA’s internal logic circuit, a multi-channel temperature synchronization acquisition system is designed, which has obvious effect on timeliness and accuracy. The method has the advantages of convenient design, good stability, economical and practical, and can be widely applied in the industrial temperature measurement field.
