本文首先指出了现行的“我国炮兵标准气象条件”存在的问题和在兵器研究设计、弹道计算中的混乱现象;其次,对北纬10度至60度、东经60度至145度范围内的国内外十年的673个气象站(其中我国465个邻国208个)的地面气象资料和145个气象站(其中我国占101个,邻国为44个)的高空气象资料,进行了统计、计算、分析、研究,提出了我国炮兵标准气象条件的新方案,指出了新方案的优点,最后就有关的几个问题进行了说明.
This paper first points out the existing problems of “standard artillery conditions in artillery of our country” and the chaos in the research and design of weapons and the trajectory calculation. Secondly, for the domestic and foreign civilians The meteorological data of 673 weather stations in a decade (including 208 of 465 neighboring countries in China) and the meteorological data of 145 meteorological stations (101 in our country and 44 in neighboring countries) were counted, calculated, Analyzed, researched and put forward a new program of the standard meteorological conditions for artillery in our country, pointed out the advantages of the new program, and finally explained some related issues.
