随着中西部经济建设速度的加快,用工人数迅速增加,东南沿海企业面临的用工缺口越来越大。近年来,因外来农民工的减少,一些企业的用工缺口情况变得更加严峻。随之而来的农民工要求加薪、改善待遇也就成了必然,同时也提高了企业生产成本。如何降低生产成本?着眼长远,抓住农民培训,从而把他们培养成为企业生产的主力军,是一条有效之路。1.农民要提升学习理念这涉及两种对象。一是提升青少年这一代。目前农村的青少年一代,90%以上的父母希望他们今后到城里生活,成为公职人员更是他们“望子成龙”的强烈追求。为此,表现在初中毕业后的升学意愿上,一定要进普高;达不到普高招生线,就动用家族中的一切力量,不达目的誓不罢
