煤矿井下采区的运输系统,一般由多台胶带输送机、刮板输送机、或两者混合安装而成。这些输送机的电气控制,多年来一般采用人工或集中控制方式。人工控制方式有两个缺点:一是每台输送机均需一名专职司机,浪费人力;再就是每个司机的思想和技术素质不同,常有意外事故发生,程度不同地影响煤炭生产。集中控制是开车时逆煤流方向逐台延时启动,启动后不管是否有煤可运,只要无特殊情况,所有输送机都连续不停地运转。但
