以伤害性刺激引起的操作式条件反射作为痛指标,在5只可活动的猕猴额叶皮层内注射微量氯化钙观察其对皮肤痛阈和针刺镇痛的影响。结果:①额叶皮层内注射微量氯化钙的48次实验中,37次使对侧肢体皮肤痛阈明显升高(P<0.01),9次变化不明显,2次下降;②10次实验中,7次发现同侧肢体皮肤痛阈明显升高(P<0.05);③皮层内注射微量氯化钙的27次实验中,15次明显增强针刺镇痛效应,8次未见明显增强针刺镇痛效应,4次明显拮抗针刺镇痛效应;④每只猕猴在额叶注射同样剂量生理盐水,未见皮肤痛阈明显变化(P>0.05)。本实验表明钙离子参与额叶对外周皮肤痛阈及针刺镇痛的调制作用。
Using operative conditioned reflex induced by noxious stimulus as a pain index, the effect of acupuncture on pain threshold and acupuncture analgesia was observed by injecting trace calcium chloride into the frontal cortex of five movable rhesus monkeys. Results: (1) In the 48 experiments with frontal cortex injected with trace calcium chloride, the pain threshold of the contralateral limbs was significantly increased 37 times (P <0.01) , 7 times found that ipsilateral limbs skin pain threshold was significantly increased (P <0.05); ③ intracortical injection of trace calcium chloride in 27 experiments, 15 times significantly enhance the acupuncture analgesic effect, 8 times no significant enhancement needle Analgesic effect of acupuncture analgesia, acupuncture analgesic effect was obviously antagonized by four times. (4) There was no obvious change of skin pain threshold (P> 0.05). This experiment showed that calcium involved in the regulation of the frontal lobe on the peripheral skin pain threshold and acupuncture analgesia.
