由吉林建筑工程学院非金属建材研究室傅广生等研制的“改性菱苦土轻质墙体制品”于1993年7月在长春通过省级鉴定.该制品以菱苦土、粉煤灰、氯化镁、泡沫剂和部分填加剂为原料,经搅拌注模,干热(20℃~30℃)条件下养护24h而成.其技术指标:干体密度为500~650kg/m~3,抗压强度为2.49~4.95MPa,抗折强度为1.9~2.4MPa,导热系数为0.065~0.15 W/m·k.干缩值0.013,24h吸水率为22.66~25.36%.该制品生产工艺较为简单,能耗少,无污染,可以大量利用工业废渣.其成本与加气混凝土相当.
