从机电耦合的角度研究了电磁轴承驱动级电源电压、控制电流对转速和控制精度的影响。导出了根据转速和控制精度选取电源电压和控制电流的两个公式,为设计提供了理论根据。设计实例的试验结果和理论分析取得了很好的一致性。
From electromechanical coupling point of view of the electromagnetic drive stage power supply voltage, the control current on the speed and control accuracy. The two formulas of selecting the supply voltage and the control current according to the speed and the control accuracy are derived, which provide the theoretical basis for the design. The experimental results of the design example are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis.
