On October 25, the National Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration jointly issued the “Notice on Strengthening Safety Production during the Release of Coal Mine Capacity” (Coal Safety Supervision and Administration Guan [2016] No. 26).
